AC doesn’t work. Room unclean. No services in room. Unhelpful staff. No one takes responsibility. Had the worst stay experience till date. If zero of negative stars was available would have given that. Worst hotel terrible experience not recommended at all.

We loved the room infrastructure. Rooms are specious well ventilated and clean. But we were disappointed for their overall service. It was delayed too much. Also the food is expensive as compared with the portion size and taste. Swimming pool area was dusty and pool was not clean as well. You can consider this place for a stay only.

Tushar was sweet and respectful. Offered and brought all the things on time. His behavior was impeccable. The space was luxurious as well and tushar helped us with everything possible. If I'll ever come back here, I'll definitely look out for him again.
